Members of Quix New Zealand, Staff and Contractors are bound by a Code of Ethics and Conduct based upon the following principles:

Good Faith

To act at all times with honesty, integrity, responsibility, in the spirit of good faith and with fair dealings and to ensure the health and safety of the public.

Fairness

To deal fairly and equitably with clients and customers at all times.

No Unethical Conduct

Not to engage in any conduct which is unfair, harsh or unscrupulous.

Maintain Standards

Engage in practices which uphold or exceed the standards applicable in the plumbing, gasfitting and drainlaying industry.

Compliance

Compliance, not only with the law, but also with the standards of conduct prescribed in the Quix Service Code.

Accountable

To be accountable for any transgressions of the Quix Service Code.

Professional

Promotion of an efficient, competitive, ethical and professional plumbing, gasfitting and drainlaying industry.
